Thank you so much for the wonderful groom's and wedding cakes.  They turned out better than I could have ever imagined and the taste was divine!  There was hardly any cake left at the end of the wedding because it was so delicious!  Guests are still calling us to tell us how great the cake was and we have already recommended your services to several people.  You can look forward to our continued service for every occasion to come. Chef Paul,

The cakes you created for our wedding were unbelievable.  As soon as I walked into the River Club, my eyes lit up when I saw them! You beautifully translated the look of our wedding on to the wedding cake through a few conversations and a look at our invitation.  The groom's cake perfectly mimicked the image that we discussed and picked.  And underneath the intricate details were the most delicious layers of cake, flavorful, decadent and baked to perfection. Our guests could not stop talking about how awesome the cakes were designed and how great they tasted.  In fact, all of the pictures we have seen from our guests include at least a few pictures of the cakes!

Hi Paul,

I was just writing to tell you that last Sunday we had our cake topper from last year. It was the chocolate raspberry cheesecake you had made of the trio cheesecakes. My mom had wrapped it up really well. It was excellent; even a year later!!!

Thank you so much for Ko's wonderful groom's cake. He loves his NY Yankee logo and actually ate most of the left over. The cake definitely completed our rehearsal dinner and everybody enjoyed it. Over the holiday, I had a small family wedding party for my nephew and his new bride.  Paul prepared a beautiful cake with strawberries and Grand Marnier icing.  Not only did it look great, it tasted delicious.  The cake was the centerpiece of our decorations, and was so perfect the bride nearly cried.  It turned out that the wedding cake they had at their actual wedding in New York was bland and disappointing.  She loved Paul's cake.  Thank you for making my party a very special and memorable event.

We wanted our anniversary party to be an extension of our wedding celebration since eloping in New York City.  Chef Paul blended the cake concepts that were important to us with his fantastic flavors and quality and somehow emulated a little taste of NYC through his cake design and attention to detail.  Our NYC cake was truly a centerpiece to our party and we are looking forward to reordering it for our next anniversary and making it a tradition!
